Personal Information

When you fill out a form or submit an online application, you may be asked to enter your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, billing information and/or other personal information. GBA may share this personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, fulfilling catalog orders, providing pre-/post- and on-program services, managing and enhancing customer data and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. Log Files

GBA follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information.
